Apex Home Construction (Pvt) Ltd successfully completed a full-scale hotel renovation project located on Moratuwa Beach Road, overlooking the beautiful sea. Commenced in November 2024 and completed within just six months, this project was delivered on a 20 million LKR budget.

The hotel features 8 modern rooms, each with attached bathrooms and private balconies offering breathtaking front sea views. The property also includes a spacious living area, a cozy coffee area, and a large parking facility to ensure guest convenience.
