Apex Home Construction (Pvt) Ltd successfully completed the construction of an additional three-story extension for a commercial building project in Kalubowila for Mr. Kalum. At the commencement of the project, the lower floors of the building had already been completed, and Apex was entrusted with the development of the upper three floors. With an estimated project value of LKR 20 million, construction began in May 2020 and was successfully completed in December 2021 within the scheduled timeframe.
